HVAC Technologies, Inc., a division of Sauer Building Solutions, is looking for a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. HVAC Technologies is a leading HVAC Service Company serving the North Carolina area’s commercial and industrial facilities. Sauer Building Solutions is a well-respected family-owned operation with multiple locations and a 75 year history of excellence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Selling maintenance contracts to commercial and industrial companies.
• Aggressively develop new customers and new market channels in the industrial and commercial markets.
• Maintain strong working relationships with existing customers within the HVAC Technologies customer maintenance base.
• Maintain customer activity and documentation.

SKILLS:

• Ability to make cold calls over the phone, in person and email.
• Provide follow up on calls.
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent presentation skills with a strong focus on the customer’s pain and buying motives.
• Proven ability to develop new business (hunter mentality).
• Ability to develop sales action plans.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
